Knee Sleeves
Made for strongman
Our knee sleeves are designed with strongman in mind. The goal was to find the right balance between support and comfort: more supportive than standard sleeves, while still comfortable enough to wear through a full training session or competition.
Extra length. Extra thickness.
Standard knee sleeves are usually 30 cm long and 7 mm thick, as this matches the IPF rules for powerlifting. Even brands that are not focused on IPF-approved equipment often follow these measurements, simply because they have become the standard.
We chose to add 2 mm, for a total thickness of 9 mm. We also use a length that varies with size: XS–M are 30 cm long, with each size after that adding 1 cm, up to 35cm at 4XL-6XL
Premium material
Neoprene is often used as a general term for foam rubber, but not all neoprene is the same.
Many brands use cheaper SBR foam in their sleeves. SBR behaves more like a sponge: it can feel thick and soft, but it provides less compression and rebound.
We use CR neoprene. CR behaves more like a rubber band: it stretches, pulls back and creates compression and rebound.
If the material is not specified, there is a good chance that cheaper SBR foam is used rather than true CR neoprene.
Size guide
To find the right size, measure the circumference around your kneecap.
If your measurement is close to two sizes, the larger size will generally fit and be easier to put on and take off, while the smaller size will provide a snugger fit and more compression, but may require some technique to put on. If your thighs or calves are relatively large compared to your knees, you may benefit from going one size up.
