To cover different athletes and different implements, these straps are available in 5 different lengths, from 35 cm to 45 cm, so you can choose the right fit for your wrist size, hand size and the implement you are lifting on.
Design
Most figure 8 straps on the market use a standard “8” design, where the two loops meet at a small stitched patch in the middle. When that design is scaled up to larger sizes, the loops often become oversized and loose.
Our straps use a proportionally extended stitched centre section instead. As the sizes get bigger, the loops increase where needed, but the centre section also gets longer — giving a more secure fit.
How to choose your size
As a rough guide, 35 cm is best suited for smaller lifters and deadlift bars, while 45 cm is better suited for larger lifters and axle bars. 40 cm is the standard strap for a person at 80-100 kg lifting a normal bar.
The most accurate way to choose your size is to measure a pair of figure 8 straps available to you. Flatten the strap, pull it out to its full length and measure from end to end. Compare that measurement to our available sizes.
