SMG Rolling Handle.

The SMG Rolling Handle is built both as a challenge implement and as a competition tool for grip events.

It is also an excellent training tool for building grip strength and wrist strength for strongman events such as sandbags, atlas stones, arm-over-arm and farmer’s walks.

Stainless steel.

Made from stainless steel for a clean look that holds up over time. Combined with impact-resistant PET-plastic components, it gives you a durable and functional design.

70 mm thick grip.

The 70 mm handle gives you a thick grip that puts the focus directly on grip strength. Because of the larger diameter, a lighter weight can create a similar grip challenge to heavier loads on 50–60 mm rolling handles.

The thicker handle also increases the benefit of curling your wrist into the lift, helping build the kind of wrist and hand strength needed for sandbags, atlas stones and other strongman implements.
